OPEN FLOOR PLAN - One Block to Ocean, One Block to Bay

Welcome to our little beach home, a Cape Cod, three bedroom, two full bath, with partial bay views from top deck, located one block from the ocean and one block from the Brant Beach Yacht Club.

This off-season we have added custom Anderson Windows and renovated our second bathroom, our mostly full house renovation is done. In the last two seasons we have lifted the home, new siding, new roof, hardwoods added to bedrooms, new outdoor patio, new outdoor shower, new privacy fencing, and painted every room.

We vacationed on LBI as kids, rented on LBI with our children as they were growing, and now we have a small place of our own that we would love to share with people who love the island or want to get to know it.

The first floor of this house has been renovated with an open floor plan and consists of a new kitchen with granite countertops, new cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. Open floor plan includes a dining area, large living room and comfortable peninsula bar seating. House is great for entertaining but cozy enough to enjoy a quiet evening in front of the TV or lounging on the deck. The first floor is finished out with a full bath with a tub and a laundry room with full size washer/dryer.

Second floor has the master bedroom with a queen size bed, two guest bedrooms, one with a full-size bed and the other with a full-sized bed and twin top bunk. There is also a full bath and access to the roof top deck. There is a small beverage fridge in the hall to conveniently store your roof top libations!

Outside area has a fenced in yard with a large ground level deck, outdoor shower, a beach cruiser, some beach chairs, a few wake boards and boogie boards as well as a corn hole game. Even a couple crab traps are at your disposal.

Other features include, central air and heat, a tankless water heater, and a 50" TV. It also features a keyless entry system. It's a great area for a nice walk or relaxing bike ride.

Bedroom 1: Queen Bed + Ceiling Fan
Bedroom 2: Full Bed + Ceiling Fan (there is also a twin mattress under which can be pulled out)
Bedroom 3: Bunk Bed, Bottom Full Bed and top is a twin bed + wall mounted fan
Family Room Couch: Sectional
Sleeps 7 comfortably but there is also a roll away twin bed in the storage closet so you can easily sleep 9 with the sectional couch.

Linens & Towels:
Available for all beds, if you choose to use them, please wash them for our next guests and leave them folded on the appropriate beds. Bath Towels and Beach towels are also available, again if you use them, please wash them and return them to the closest you found them in.

Check-in at 4pm and Check-out is at 10am - this allows you to miss the crazy traffic getting on and off the island! We are looking forward to hosting you! Please let us know if you need any additional information.

My family and I had an excellent time during our stay. The location to the beach was only 1 block away and the house had all the amenities you would want during your stay. CHARMING BEACH HOUSE

5 Stars - Great Off-Season Stay!We loved this beach house—clean, spacious, and a convenient walk to the bay and the beach! The description of the house is SPOT ON- no surprises which was great! The only small downside was some early-morning road construction noise on weekdays which is nothing that the owners can control and definitely not a dealbreaker! Otherwise, a fantastic stay—we’d definitely return!

Wedding guest stay

We had a family wedding a Bonnet Island, this past weekend, and the location of this home was perfect! We were able to go to the beach for a few hours on Saturday and all of the amenities were there. Great stay!

Perfect house!

My family (including three kids six and under) stayed a week here in August. The house is exactly as listed and a perfect spot between the bay and the ocean. Although the house is on the main road, there is a crosswalk a few feet from the house which made crossing easy and safe. The house came with everything you could need for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, toys, balls etc). The house was extremely clean. The fenced in backyard was awesome, my kids were able to play outside very happily. The host was very quick to respond to any questions and was extremely helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

Brant Beach Long Weekend

We had an event at the Brant Beach Yacht Club which is 400 feet away from this property. So if you have an event at the Yacht Club this is the PERFECT LOCATION! The house has ALL the amenities and then some! It has bedding which is a very hard find in LBI. It was meticulously clean, games, bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, and much more! I very highly recommend "Sandy Pants"!!! Jim and Noelle were amazing hosts too! Great communication.

The house was incredibly cozy and felt like home. It had all of the amenities we needed for the long weekend, as well as linens and towels. The house was clean and the owner was very communicative regarding the details for checking in. The only downside is the lack of parking, but that can't be attributed to the owner. We parked our truck across the boulevard and just took our time crossing over. I would highly recommend this home to others looking to get away for a vacation on LBI.

Well equipped, centrally located property

Nice, clean, well stocked and appointed property in a great location situated exactly between the ocean and the bay. Short walk to both, to enjoy the beach, the bay, and great sunrises and sunsets! Plenty of linens, towels, blankets, and toiletries, which can be lacking in rental properties! The host was responsive and flexible, and extremely detailed in the directions provided for the house. Great Stay in Brant Beach

This house was extremely clean, well equipped and very close to the beach. There is a convenient crosswalk right outside the house to get to the beach. The house was in walking/bike riding distance to some great food and a short drive to other restaurants. The owner was easy to text with. The house had plentiful supplies for a fun week at the beach. The corn hole and Bocce Games were a plus and the outdoor seating areas were a nice bonus after a long day at the beach. Thanks for sharing your house!

Great home and beautiful beach.

We had a great week here! Very short walk to the beach and the house had great beach items - chairs, umbrellas and cart, etc. kitchen is the best equipped vacation rental I’ve ever seen - we cooked quite a bit. Great bathrooms and bedrooms. We enjoyed all the different outdoor seating areas.

Very nice clean house, large kitchen and living room with open concept so everyone can be together. Lots of outdoor space available to dine outside. Property owner was very responsive and attentive to every need while renting property. Beach is close enough to walk.

Great LBI House!!

The house was clean, beds were made and ready for our arrival. We travel a bit and this was one of the best equipped homes we have stayed in. We loved the backyard, there were 5 bikes in excellent condition, washer dryer, plenty of towels. I just can’t say enough about this place!

Beautiful Kitchen Met our Needs!

Clean, cozy, and well laid out home. Great for families. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make food for our family who has sever food allergies. All the "extras" you need for the beach or just a quick bike ride to the local stores. The host was great to work worth. Definitely would love to stay here again and again.
