  • Clean and up-to-date oceanfront duplex. Located in the quiet, less populated southern part of the island but is still less than a half mile from the border of Beach Haven border. This provides easy access to evening entertainment since Beach Haven borough is home to the island's only amusement park, two shopping villages, and many restaurants. The property has deeded, private access to the beach.

    Many amenities are supplied to minimize your packing requirements to spend a stress-free, relaxing week overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Amazing Spring Break

Tom's home was the perfect place for my family and I to relax, recharge, and get away. The location couldn't be better and it had everything we needed to chill out for a week and get away from our hectic lives. Will definitely book again in the future!

Very great place, perfect for a small family. Very clean, awesome location. Right on the dunes. Lower level has great deck with access to sand in the backyard, perfect for little kids to play in within eyesight of parents.

The weather didn't cooperate for our stay but we still enjoyed being in Holgate. This rental offered all we could have asked for.

The direct access to the beach anytime we wanted to quickly dip our toes in the water was the reason we booked and it was exactly what we had hoped for. However the game changer was Tom, our host - he is friendly, responsive, and a real person honestly trying to provide a nice experience. He truly made us feel welcome!

Property did not disappoint. Beach access was great. We had a delightful stay. Owners were accessible extremely nice and easy to talk to. Shopping was close by the towns people were just as friendly. We will definitely come again. Thank you Tom and Allison

Can’t beat this ocean view!

Did a week in May with my family. Everything was as advertised. Only 5 minute drive into the heart of Beach Haven. Beds we’re comfortable and there was more than enough room for the 5 of us and some visitors. The beach access is very convenient. Outdoor shower is fantastic. Would highly recommend and look forward to going back.

Awesome Beach Front House

Had a fabulous week vacation at this immaculate comfortable and peaceful property in Holgate. Right on beach so easy with small.children. Nice sand yard off covered porch for kids to play. Beautiful beach! We were there off season so pretty much had entire beach to ourselves. House had everything we needed. Close to stores and restaurants, parks, mini golf and ice cream! No complaints at all and definitely will rent this property again! Thank you Tom and Allison for an awesome vacation and precious memories with my grandsons!

Great Location

Highlights of our stay: proximity to the beach, comfortable, lived in home and near enough but not too close to Beach Haven. It's a 2-mile walk to a great coffee shop, Guapos. Updates: we stayed on the 1st floor of a duplex and we could hear our guests on the 2nd floor. We spent $500 for linens and beach accessories. If you are on the 1st floor you have a view of a sand dune, not the ocean.

Charming Condo

We spent a wonderful week on the pristine beach that is just steps from this bright condo. Comfortable beds, delightful outdoor shower, and close to everything. The neighborhood is family oriented and peaceful. A family time we will fondly remember.

We spent Christmas with our family in Jersey. Really fun on LBI. Sun rises were great. Place was clean when we arrived. Nice location. Communication was great.

Great Stay

We went as a family of 3 (with a toddler). This has been the greatest time we’ve had at LBI. It was clean and had everything we needed.it was so great not to have to pack to get to the beach and staying on the first floor worked out best for us as we didn’t have to worry about the stairs. It was just perfect and we had such a great time! The WiFi worked perfectly and I was able to log in and work alittle. There was nothing more we needed.

Right on the beach!

My friends and I had a great stay! The place is very cute & clean, it has plenty of bedrooms, and you can walk right out onto the beach from the back porch. Tom was responsive and very helpful!
