5612, 1st floor, is an amazing location and perfect family rental. NW Corner of 57th Street and Ocean Blvd - the house is 1 off the ocean with beach and bay views. Brant Beach is part of Long Beach Twp, just 2.5 miles south off the causeway and 5 miles from the Beach Haven hub.

The home is 3BR (sleeps 6) with 1.5 bath indoor & outdoor private shower, Wrap around decks with Adirondack chairs, picnic table and grill. Central A/C, W/D, WiFi. Great room with fully stocked kitchen, dining area and den. 3 Sliding glass doors lead to decks. 2 designated car parking spots in lot.

2 weekly beach passes included.

Bedrooms are: master with queen bed and private half bath, second bedroom with double bed for couple and third bedroom with 2 twin beds. Master bedroom has room for crib or small futon.

Primary hall bathroom is brand new! Compete renovation in 2025 with beautiful new fixtures, vanity/mirror and shower/tub combo.

Linens, towels, bathroom sundries and beach gear are not provided. Please bring yours. Blankets and pillows are available. Private laundry is on-site for your exclusive use. Please bring your bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. There is room to store on the outside of the house. LBI is safe, but just in case please bring locks. The unit also has a small hotel style safe for valuables but anything in/around the house is your responsibility.

Rental is lacking hospitality and privacy

Please be aware that the owners of the property live upstairs and there are multiple family members in and out of the property at all hours. My family and I stayed here for a week in July. Immediately when we arrived to check in, relatives of the property owners (that live next door) were checking in on us before we even parked or got out of our vehicle. We were given strict instructions on parking rules and other guidelines, which set the tone for lack of privacy and poor hospitality for our stay. The second day of our stay, we were on the beach enjoying family time, and more relatives of the property owners came to the beach to find us and insist that we move our vehicle immediately to another part of the street since they would not let us park in the driveway. That resulted in us in having to park bayside for the remainder our stay. Of note, there is NOT ample parking in the driveway and street parking is limited. Just be aware that there are many rules to this property and the owners and family members are present and watching at all times. The owners live upstairs and were very noisy at all hours. At times, there were even loud arguments that kept us awake. On our last day, we contacted the host with a question about the laundry in the cellar. She responded with hostility and frustration. The proximity to the beach was great, however, the rental is older and lacking upkeep. We would not recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing vacation.

Nice, but not perfect

The rental was nice, but was not perfect, and unfortunately we had a couple of negative interactions with the owners (who live upstairs) which did put a bit of a damper on our vacation. We came back from the beach one day and they were in our rental to measure for new blinds without any notification. They also sent us a not so nice message about losing our $300 security deposit when we moved a very old ottoman outside for our kids to sit on. The rental was generally clean and well supplied, however the bathroom was very run down, so much so I didn’t feel very comfortable bathing my kids in the tub (the tub lining was peeling as my kids were bathing). That being said the location was ideal, and we did have an overall nice week. We would however, not stay here again, especially given the price.

Great family beach spot.

Had a lovely stay. The location is amazing. Right by beach and short walk to DaddyOs and ice cream. It was lovely having coffee outside on the wrap around patio every morning. It has everything you need for an LBI vacation. The only cons were the Wi-Fi was not great and you could not do family movies. The smart TV is not set up so you cannot mirror iPads or log onto you own streaming accounts. We went for family time and to be by the beach so this was not a big deal and actually helped us keep the kids off screen. It is great for a family of 4-5. We had 2 families (8 total with 4 kids 7-11) for one night. That would have been too tight for a week but worked for 1 night. You have access to a grill and washer dryer. It was not in the listing but was very useful. Manager and family (family is upstairs) we’re all very nice. GREAT family vacation beach spot. NOT a party house.

Wondering vacation!

We had an amazing family vacation! The owner of the home we rented was very hospitable, organized and helpful. The house was clean and I appreciated all the extras that were left, like plates, cups napkins. The kids shared rooms comfortably and we had a lot of fun in the open living area playing games and just talking about our day. Thank you Jodi for everything, I would definitely recommend this house and we would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation

My family and I really enjoyed our time here at Brant Beach. The house is clean and has everything you need and the owner is very responsive with if anything comes up. The best part is the location to the beach, you literally just cross the street. I would definietly come back.

Excellent location!

We had a great time in LBI! The house is just steps from a lovely beach. Badges were included, which is a plus! The house has everything you need for a beach vacation for the family, including laundry, dishwasher, outdoor shower, and A/C!

Review of our stay

The house was very clean and well maintained. We were hampered by the fact that we had family on another part of Brant Beach but we were not allowed to have guests so we spent an inordinate amount of time at another location. Also we brought 4 cars but only had parking spaces for 2.

Great location ok rental

Ideal location with a very short walk to the beach. Common areas in the unit were large. Interior style, furnishings, etc all rather dated. Drawback is that you are renting in a duplex so the noise from the upstairs is pretty loud. Owners are very nice and pleasant for sure but if you have little kids, the noise isn’t optimal.

LBI Family Getaway

We all had a great time. The property is in a prime location, the layout is comfortable and the house has pretty much anything you’ll need on vacation. Our biggest issue was keeping the noise down after 10pm because teenagers want to have fun, and fun is loud. The owner was very nice and responded to my texts right away. I highly recommend this rental.

Great location, accommodating owner.

Sitting right at the beach entrance the home is ideally located on Ocean Blvd. The owner Jodi is very responsive to all communications and is willing to accommodate special requests within reason. The great room is large and the kitchen has been renovated and fully equipped. The three bedrooms are a good size and sleep six, any more would be a problem since there is not a pullout in the great room. The wrap around porch was put to good use and there is more than enough seating. I would rent this property again, the stay was enjoyed by all.
