Upper and lower master bedroom suites and upper and lower living areas make this home ideal for large/multi family gatherings. Lower-level living area features a living room with TV, wet bar and small refrigerator, washer & dryer, full bath, master bedroom suite with its own full bath plus 2 additional bedrooms. The upper-level has a large master bedroom suite complete with cathedral ceiling, king-size sleigh-bed, ceiling fan, TV and spacious private bath with dual sinks and oversized walk-in shower with dual seats. The open floor-plan features a beautiful fully-equipped modern kitchen that flows into a large dining room, living room with fireplace and TV, and sliding doors to outdoor multi-level decks with BBQ grill and full complement of deck furnishings. Enjoy the ocean views from the living room, dining room or decks. Great for entertaining!

Steps to beach or bay. Quiet residential area, yet close to all activities. There's a park directly behind the house with a great playground, ball fields and 8 pickle-ball courts.

A bike path directly outside our front door runs the entire length of the island. Bike rental shop nearby.

WiFi equipped! Surf the net when you're not surfing the waves:)

The driveway can handle 4-6 cars. Additional parking around the corner on Nelson Ave.

Bed linens and bath towels are not supplied but can be rented locally if needed. We can assist with this.

Beach chairs, beach umbrellas and other types of beach accessories can be purchased or rented next door at a small "beachy" type retail shop called The Boardwalk. They also rent bikes as well as sell ice cream, beachwear, t-shirts, candy, soda, etc. The the owners, Bev and Bill, are a wealth of local info if you want tips on the best pizza, fishing, dining, entertainment, kid-friendly fun things to do, etc..

VRBO/homeaway.com's service fees and taxes are handled directly by them. We have no control over this.

This house was perfect for our family! My 5 year old especially loved the bunk beds and the ice cream shop next door. The house was spacious and clean, so close to the beach, playground, etc. It was a great stay and we booked again for next summer!

Wedding stay

We rented the house for family and friends coming in from out of town. There was plenty of room for guests to stay. The location was perfect! Whatever questions we had were quickly answered by the owners. Overall great decision!

Beach Haven Wedding Weekend

We recently stayed at this NJ Shore rental home in LBI for our son's wedding, and it was absolutely perfect for our family. The house comfortably accommodated our two other sons and their families, with plenty of room for our five grandkids to run around. The weather was perfect every day, making the short walk to the beach and playground a great way to keep the kids entertained.The layout of the house was ideal, with three bedrooms on the first floor where our boys and their families made their "home base." My wife and I enjoyed the king master suite on the second floor. The house is conveniently located near all the amenities you'll need, such as restaurants, a beer and wine store, and a supermarket, yet it's in a less "touristy" part of the island. This made it a great location, especially during the off-season.Most of our activities were in Ship Bottom, and since it was late April, all the traffic lights on the Boulevard were flashing yellow, making travel back and forth very convenient. We had no issues driving around. We were all very happy with the accommodations. Rich and Donna were great hosts, always available to answer any questions we had.We had a fantastic time in this very cool house. The rooftop deck is the pinnacle of the property and the best-kept secret for anyone looking to "get away, chill, and escape the noise" for a while. It's a very relaxing and peaceful place with stunning views!

Pleasant host, pleasant stay, pleasant property

Rich was very responsive and easy to work with. The property met our expectations in every way. Was just as the pictures led us to believe. We were only there a short time, it was the off season, and it poured rain for most of our visit, so we didn’t get to enjoy the decks or take in much of the scenery, but our stay was comfortable and the location very convenient.

Great spot with even better hosts

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend in October to attend a wedding. We needed a lot of space to fit everyone and wanted to be close to the water, which this house hit on. My friends particularly loved the decks/rooftop area which was a perfect place to hang out. Even better than the home itself was the hospitality that Rich and Donna showed us before, during and after our stay. They were unbelievably accommodating in a way that I have never experienced on one of these rental platforms. Highly recommend renting this space for a future trip to LBI

Wonderful family LBI trip

This proprty is just as described. Clean and owners are very easy to work with. Lots of room for our large family vacation. Only short drive to Fantasy Island and Bay Village shopping. Best part is very short one block walk to the beach.

Rich and Donna were great hosts! Super informative and fast to respond to any questions we had. The house is in a great location for families with young ones. One block to the beach, right next to an ice cream store, a couple minute drive/bike ride from restaurants, supermarkets, Fantasy Island, and Bay Village. Who could ask for more! Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Perfect for us!

Rich & Donna are fabulous hosts. They were so commutative and accommodating for our group. The house was very clean and in the perfect location being across the street from the beach. We even got to enjoy the pickle ball courts behind us. The size of the home was great for our bigger group. Would stay again!

Short Stay for wedding

We stayed two nights for our son’s wedding. This worked much better than a hotel as we had various family members with us. This is a very comfortable large home with an ocean view and great decks for warm weather. It would be great for a summer week. Plenty of space for lots of people.

8 of us Crazy ladies from HS, loved gathering at this nice beach house! Communication with owner was always quick and helpful! Great location provided great views from the decks, and a great ice cream & bike rental shop next door. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of room and very clean! We hope we can stay here again in the future!

perfect location and house

Perfect for a 2 fam vacation

This house was perfect for our vacation with 2 families. There is a master bedroom with attached bath on the first level and 2 additional bedrooms that we used for our 6 kids (ages 1-7). All of the kids loved the bunk bed room and most nights we found 3 or 4 of them sleeping in the same full sized bed. There is also a living room on the first level. Upstairs has another master bedroom with attached bath and the main living room, dining room and kitchen plus half bath. The main deck is right off the living room and is great for outdoor dining and hanging out. There is a big table with 5 chairs plus a grill. The upper deck has loungers and an additional dining table with more chairs. Sunsets from the upper deck are amazing. You can hear the waves crashing from the deck. There is a ton of space in the driveway for parking additional cars. Beach rentals and an ice cream shop is in the house next door. Sandwich shop across the street. Playground with soccer field and pickle ball right in the backyard. Beach was a short walk across the street making it very convenient for quick trips home with the kids. There are 10 beach tags to use and kids under 12 don’t even need one. Quick drive to fantasy island and the water park. BYO linens. sheets, beach and bath towels and don’t forget dish towels and hand towels for the 4 bathrooms! Rich, the host, was so kind and responsive. We had the best time and can’t wait to be back.
