  • Este, muy bien situado, al aire céntrica muy bien cuidados condicionado una historia casa totalmente renovado 11 plazas, es ideal para familias, ya que está a sólo 6 casas de la playa, a una cuadra hacia el patio de la escuela con canchas de baloncesto, dos cuadras de la isla de la fantasía, de la bahía Village, toboganes de agua, tiendas, restaurantes y muchas otras actividades. La ubicación es fantástica, en una tranquila calle residencial, y la casa es luminosa, cálida y muy relajante con todas las comodidades del hogar.

    La casa cuenta con cuatro habitaciones, decoradas con buen gusto, 1 con una cama king size y televisión de alta definición de pantalla plana, 1 con una cama de matrimonio y HDTV de pantalla plana, 1 con una cama con dosel de matrimonio y HDTV de pantalla plana, y el cuarto con literas que tiene una doble y colchón completo. Hay un cuarto de baño completo con ducha / bañera, un medio baño, una ducha al aire libre, y una lavadora y secadora. La casa cuenta con un amplio comedor y sala de estar abierta con un 42 "pantalla plana de TV, un sofá reina Pottery Barn tamaño sofá, y un estado de la técnica de cocina completa con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, microondas, lavavajillas , cafetera y licuadora.

    En el exterior, hay un cómodo porche donde puedes sentarte, relajarte y relajarte con los relajantes sonidos del océano, y una maravillosa área iluminada de asientos / comedor con parrilla a gas y carbón y 2 mesas al aire libre. The location of the property is tremendous- walking distance to the beach and the Main St where there is shopping, food, entertainment and ice cream. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the beds and floors. There was disrepair of the outdoor shower - broken door, and frequent flooding of the floor. The host was open to hearing the complaints and making the appropriate adjustments.

Stayed here for a wedding weekend and it was perfect. Mattresses were a little firm but worked fine for our short stay. Always a little tricky to coordinate linens for a short stay so would appreciate rental recommendations in the future! Great location, close to restaurants and bars, and plenty of space for hanging out.

Beach Haven reunion

Grew up spending my Summers at Beach Haven...hadn't been back in 20 years. Didn't let down and the property worked so well. A little beach worn, but can't beat location. It was simply perfect.

Property is great for small groups and or family. House was clean and organized. Exactly what was listed. Would definitely stay again. Property owner made everything simple.

Home was very comfortable. Beach access could not be better. Short walk to blvd with everything you might want, especially with small children. Would certainly consider another stay at this location. Owner was very responsive when necessary.

Great house close to the beach and other Beach Haven haunts. The 7th St beach entrance was the easiest access we have ever had. The house appears small from the front, but has 4 decent sized bedrooms and the outdoor space is fantastic. Some of the online material about the property is dated and needs updating (they do have bedspreads and pillows).

Tremendous Week at the Shore

The property is superbly located within walking distance of the beach as well as to various restaurants and activities. The property albeit a bit dated is well kept and clean. Commuciation with the owner were easy, transparent and infromative.

Review

The property was clean, and the location was excellent. The property itself was spacious and well kept. My only observation was that there was really not enough comfortable seating in the living room, and the outdoor furniture was a bit dated and a bit uncomfortable. The bathrooms were cramped. The hammock was wonderful!

Great location

Pros: Great Overall location to beach, Fantasy Island - small kids, and many restaurants. House was clean. Outdoor shower is great. Four beach badges were included. Cons: Living room needs more seating instead of a china hutch, dining room table only has two benches. Grill was dirty and had no gas, furniture is dated, no master bedroom.

Annual Steak Dinner and Reunion

The property was as described and the host was generous allowing us to check-in earlier. What was not as described were the grills, which was on the list of items that were highlighted by the VRBO host, they were not clean nor was there sufficient gas in the gas grill. The charcoal grill was also rusted and there was not any charcoal. We discovered this when we were preparing to grill our steaks-the entire reason for our get together annually is our 'steak dinner'! There was no place to get gas at 7:30- 8:00PM. We were lucky to purchase charcoal at a nearby WAWA. Cooking on a charcoal grill is NOT the same as a gas grill. Steaks were nearly ruined and both grills need to be replaced. The racks on the gas grill were rusted and obviously not cleaned or upkept. Otherwise, perfect location for what we needed it for.

Good trip

We had a good time staying in Beach Haven. Only wish was that we knew sooner there would be no blankets or pillows provided but otherwise everything was great.

Great location food prep equipment less then desirable

The house was great except for the grill which was packed with grease and was engulfed in flames. The stove began smoking while preheating. Had a blast otherwise.

Family Vacation

We just stayed at this property for a week in August. The location was perfect, especially for a family with smaller children. The house was clean when we arrived and the check in process was extremely easy and convenient. My only complaint would be that some of the furniture was a little hard/sharp for our small children (2 and 3) but that is to be expected when it’s not your own furniture and you can’t “baby proof”. Overall we enjoyed our stay!
