We have stayed here several times and the house is always clean and well maintained. We have a dog and the neighborhood is perfect for dog walking.

10/10 would stay again.Property is newly remodeled and very clean. Neighborhood is nice, quiet, easily accessible, and close by stores & restaurants. Less than a half hour to Frankenmuth (to the south) and 45 minutes (to the north) to kayaking & canoeing in Osceola and the Tawas Bay renovated lighthouse.

This was the second time we have stayed at this property. Very clean. Nicely furnished. Neighborhood great for walking and pets. Host is very responsive.

The property was very spacious and comfortable. The only negative in my mind was the bedrooms upstairs can get a big warm and don't cool as well as the one downstairs. A pedestal fan in the little room would make a world of a difference in my opinion. We had a brief issue with the wifi that was quickly resolved. Great value for the price.

Very clean home in quiet neighborhood. We travelled to Bay City with my parents and our two teen boys to visit our adult kids. Good size yard which was perfect for cooking outside. Home was a good size for all of us. Would stay again

Spacious beautiful home. I enjoyed my two nights in this clean newly renovated home. Made my day easier and convenient with being in town of bay city.

The home was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for our girls weekend. The house is located in a good neighborhood and the host responded promptly with any questions I had.

This home exceeded my expectations. Very clean, smelled great. Tons of space and very conveniently located in a quiet walkable neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

Convenient and simple

Overall it was a nice stay. Only complaint is that the entire property smelled of cigarette smoke which was unpleasant. Otherwise, it was clean and well-stocked with amenities.

The house was super clean and looks very newly remodeled and well done. Had a little bit of trouble communicating with emails but it worked out fine. My only dislike was that the house smelled like a mix of new paint and some cigarette smoke. The new paint smell is understandable and not overwhelming nor was the smoke smell but I the smoke smell was not pleasant. Was quiet at night and there was plenty of space for our family. On a snowy day the driveway was well taken care of.
