"The staff were probably our favorite part. And yes, the room was super clean, and over all quite comfortable. The only thing that wasn't my favorite was the "vouchers?" I had no idea that we would be charged for the vouchers that we were given for the room to use in your restaurant? I didn't ask for them (3), and they were literally referred to as "complimentary?" So when I received a bill for them, I was actually upset. If we weren't late for a plane there would have been an in depth...
