"Great overnighter..had a 13hr layover. Still a great location if you want a bed and breakfast in Rome. Bed and breakfast owner "Marcos" called local restaurant and asked that they served me food, eventhough they were closed. "

"We book this hotel for an overnight stay when we had a late arrival at FCO airport. The hotel is very close the the airport and the own gave us very good instructions for the pick-up service and the self check-in after 20.00 pm. We had a nice stay with a good breakfast in the morning. An extra plus if you are a flight enthusiast, you will be able to watch the take-offs but the noise is not disturbing. "

"Sofia made the stay so good. She was extremely helpful in getting taxis booked for us to go into Rome and then to the airport the next day. The place was very pleasant and clean. The breakfast was very good. Loved the garden. It was a good place to stay for getting to the airport but is far away from the city."

"I cannot say enough nice things about this property and the proprietors! Armando and Roberta were so incredibly welcoming that we felt like we were staying with family. It was raining when we arrived, and they met us at the car with umbrellas and to help with our luggage. They got us settled in nicely, gave us suggestions for dinner and even proactively arranged our transportation to the airport the next morning. And then they were there early the next morning, again with umbrellas and...

"Only thing I would suggest is the shuttle bus needs upgrading. Ours had broken leaf springs back rear and the shocks were gone. Also it was too small for the luggage from all the passengers. As for the hotel, location and rooms I will definitely use this hotel again for my airport hotel in Rome"

"Estuvo muy bien para estadía de una noche. Nuestro vuelo se demoró y el hotel tuvo lo necesario para descansar cómodamente. Nuestra suite contaba con baño, pero no todas las habitaciones cuentan con baño privado. Muy buena atención. Tienes cerca un sitio para comprar alimento y bebida para salir del paso."

"We loved this little boutique hotel. They were very accommodating to our early arrival! Held our luggage for the day while we explored Rome. Even met us as we arrived back late to the hotel after dinner in Rome! The breakfast in the morning was fantastic! "

"The property is fabulous and the deck has a wonderful view - perfect for a wine toast (we were on our honeymoon). It's close to the train station but has parking, it's very close to the water. The kitchen was fabulous and a small market is nearby. The restaurants are terrific! There was only one wine glass though (easily remedied) but the big bed mattress was terrible with big divots - so we slept in the other bedroom, which was small. Had some problems with parking but nothing we couldn't...
