Private entrance. Hot Tub and in ground pool. The pool is closed for the season
My home is very secluded. Enjoy outdoor grilling. Pool time or Hot Tub.
I have 2 small dogs
This is the perfect place to get away and relax. Enjoy your own private Deck outdoorsYour room is separated by a deadbolt locked door.
You will need to climb stairs to your room.
I will greet you on arrival and go over the house rules. You will also enjoy the 73 inch flat screen TV.
This room is attached to the main home. Separated by a deadbolt locked door.
The pool is used by other guest.
The hot tub is not used by myself or other guests during your stay.
The pool is closed beginning of October The gazebo has been removed for the deck repairs. The outdoor fireplace is not available at thistime.

Relaxing Retreat

We had a brief stay but enjoyed our time at Michele’s. We had what we needed: Big comfy bed, huge TV (which we never used), plenty of hot water with good pressure, coffee, treats, refrigerator and microwave, and a super friendly tortie cat. There was also a black lab who was so eager to play fetch, but our time was limited and she was fenced in (we probably could’ve just gone through a gate). I did play fetch briefly over the fence - one amazingly fast dog. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub because of limited time we had with nearby relatives. We would return if Michelle is still open for business next time we’re in the area. Thanks!

It is a beautiful place and wonderful room. Microwave, mini fridge, ceiling fan, Keurig. Beautiful Deck. Ive already booked another stay 💗

Peaceful Abode

My mom and I stayed here to attend a concert in Portland. This place is well cared for. It is secluded, quiet, and peaceful. The room is beautiful and everything was very clean. There were snacks, water, and coffee in the room - the host really thought of everything. There is a space heater/fan in the room to control the temperature. The hot tub is incredible - it is on a nice deck which overlooks a beautiful forested backyard. It felt like we were in the middle of the woods. There was a super friendly and loving cat and a very nice dog (the dog was not kept loose). Definitely would recommend for a peaceful getaway. Thank you very much for sharing your abode!

We spent our honeymoon here and decided to go back

Such a beautiful place, its better in warmer seasons as the pool is open and jacuzzi is more comfortable, but we had a great get away regardless. Host is very sweet and kind, my wife and I had a wonderful time.

Nice getaway spot

A nice room with a comfortable bed. Outdoor Hot tub was wonderful. Only two things that could have been better, Bedding was heavily perfumed and walkways were not lit. Our first stay, will likely stay again.

Poor communication, unfriendly and unclear description.

The check in process wasn’t very clear and when we requested assistance to enter did not receive a timely response, so we left. Requested to have a conversation about a partial refund, was denied and got called a liar. They kept our money. Would give zero stars if I could.

Beautiful location

The room was fantastic, the hot tub was wonderful and the process was absolutely painless. The real selling point should be how beautiful and quiet the location was. This is a fantastic place to stay and I’d certainly recommend it for a nice, quiet, romantic weekend away.

Lovely, peaceful setting

Had a wonderful stay; very comfortable, safe and private. Michelle is a friendly, experienced host who made it easy to check in, relax and refresh in a very pretty setting. Bed was super comfortable and could sleep soundly. It was also nice to have the privacy of the outdoor deck with small chimnee fireplace, and fairy lights at night. Very accessible to downtown Battleground, Battleground Lake, local wineries and sites. Hope to stay here again during future visits to the Battle Ground area. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great house in the trees

Property was beautiful and private with lots of trees surrounding you. The driveway was huge and easy to park in, the pool was beautiful and the hot tub was excellent. My friend and I loved our stay. The grill is huge and functional and the outdoor sink worked great so making our meals was very easy. They have two pups that just came and said hi and then went back inside and they were both super cute super friendly and sweet. Michelle is very very nice and communicating was easy. Thank you again

A little strange

When I arrived I realized this was a room in her house. Michelle was there to greet me and it would have been nice if she offered to help carry the bags up the stairs. The room is sparsly decorated and has all you need to be self sufficient. The bed was very, VERY comfortable. The shower door was Not Clean! And I found dirty socks in the bed ... were the sheets changed? The hot tub is great and the patio and stairs needs to be cleaned up.... She texted me on day two to ask what I did for a living because she had Googled me, odd. She has 2 dogs and at least one cat... my allergies flared up as I had missed the part that this was a room in her house. The place is lovely even if my experience was a little odd. Michelle was nice and responsive to my needs. If you are looking for a true get away this isn't it. I could hear Michelle walking around in the rest of the house all weekend. The location is beautiful! If you don't mind kinda close quarters then this is a great spot and Michelle is an attentive hostess ... not the spot for the relaxing privacy I was looking for and lesson learned to read description closer ...

The peace we needed

My girlfriend and I decided on a spontaneous trip. We were surprised when we saw Michelle's place listed for our dates and just a 30 minute drive away from our city, it was perfect! Communication with Michelle was great, she was very timely in her responses (this was a very last minute spontaneous event). When we arrived, Michelle ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay - even offering some great places in the local area for food and entertainment. Michelle was very sweet and hospitable, she truly made us feel at home. Michelle's house is beautifully surrounded by nature and is very peaceful. An amazing place for a recharge for sure. Although, the room is attached to the house, it felt like we were there all to ourselves. I would recommend this place to anyone and have already told my friends about it. I look forward to future stays at Michelle's place. Thanks, Michelle!

Very Disappointing

The only reason we reserved this property was for the pool. We stayed 2 nights to be sure we'd have an entire day to enjoy it. I confirmed the week before that it would be available to us. I was able to put my feet in for a bit when we first arrived, but it was too dirty for swimming. The next time I looked, the cover was closed where it remained for the entirety of our stay. The furniture surrounding the pool was too dirty to use. The pool is in the front yard, and the hot tub is in the very dark back yard through a fence and across gravel. A sauna was included in the ad, but there was no mention of it while we were there. As others have mentioned, the room walls are paper thin, and we did not have any control over the temperature. In the morning we finally went to the car to warm up. The bed was so high with a wood frame that I returned home with bruises from getting in and out. It would have been nice to have a comfortable place in the room to sit and read. The bar-height bistro chairs and the bed with the straight wood headboard were uncomfortable. The host told us she would be out for the night, but it was obvious that someone else was in the house. We had no idea who and felt a little uneasy. The best part of the stay was the very sweet outside cat.

Had a blast

It was my husbands and mine 20 year anniversary. Only stayed for 1 night . Awesome hot tub and room had complete privacy will definitely stay again would 💯%recomend this stay to any one who wants to have a great time

Home sweet home.

When I arrived it was raining. Michelle came out and greeted me and asked about my travels. I asked about places to eat and she offered me some homemade squash soup that was grown by her neighborvery delicious. Very nice place to lay your head for a night.
