"I stayed in a beautiful, tastefully renovated 1 bedroom loft in the best part of Old Port with my teenage daughter. The block was lively and we had the best views of it but what was interesting was how quiet our place remained. I didn't need to rent a car as everything we could possibly need was in walking distance. There is an abundance of art and food in this area. Things are very quick to get to. Even the airport was about a 15 minute uber. I highly recommend the Docent if you are looking...

"The property is in a great location and at first seemed fine but after being there for a few days I noticed a few things - the sink in both the bathroom and the kitchen did not drain well (the bathroom sink actually took hours to drain), the faucet in the kitchen leaked and there living room was not cleaned thoroughly when we checked in. "Kids loved the pool and the ability to get their own tea in the lobby. Breakfast was great as well. Rooms were clean and the staff super helpful. They had a power outage and we were not able to get to our rooms. The staff would escort each guest to their rooms. They really stepped up and made the process as hassle free as possible. One tip. Don't do valet! Street parking is free overnight and I parked a block away and stayed there for three days. Not evenba city ticket. So spare yourself the $40...
