Negative: no walk in shower, AC unit was too loud and didnt cool properly, no garbage disposal and need additional privacy for window in bedroom where you can still get light but people cant look inside your apartment"

""Terrible experience—don't waste your time or money. They double-booked and canceled my reservation without informing me until the day of my arrival. They refused to issue a full refund, and there was a complete lack of communication. No one took accountability, and now, five days later, I'm still trying to obtain the remainder of my refund.
