"The property is amazing with stunning views. The villa is large, spacious with plenty of amenities and seating. We all had a fabulous holiday here. The children loved the pool and the tennis and basketball courts. Stavros was a great host, he really helped us get organised and it was lovely to meet him! "We had a lovely stay in this unique place. The communication with the host was easy and very pleasant. She did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The terraces are all comfortably furnished and I really enjoyed watching the sunrise over the sea from one of them. The pool is really a treat ! It is great to pick your tomatoes and other vegetables in the garden! You should know that there are around 80 steps to reach the house and another 40 to reach to beautiful top bedroom. "Stayed at this fabulous villa for 10 nights. The sunset views are amazing and we enjoyed these every evening by the pool. All the facilities were excellent including the outdoor seating and tables, comfortable bedrooms etc. Our host Alexander was always available with prompt and friendly messages if we had any questions or requests. And the small town of Batsi (a short drive away) is lovely, with many restaurants to choose from. Highly recommended!"

"We loved our stay at Aegean Seasons. Host was extremely welcoming, friendly and very detailed with all the info he shared about the apartment and area. Location was great directly across from Kaliva Beach Bar which allowed us to just walk across the street and enjoy a beach day. "We had an amazing stay in the villa at Vitali. Great facilities (pool, basketball, table tennis and trampoline), comfy beds and lots of outdoor space for chilling in. "This was our 2nd time staying at this property. Both times have been excellent stays. Atmosphere is fantastic & service amazing. Breakfast was upstairs every morning & was delicious. The staff is always friendly & available to assist with any needs. Location is great as we could walk to most beaches in Korthi area. "Bellissima casa in una posizione prospiciente al mare, con accesso diretto e privato alla spiaggia. La casa e' ben arredata e da' spazio sia alla privacy che allo stare insieme. Insomma quello che vedete nelle foto e' veramente da sogno. Solo un appunto. C'e' spazio solo per due auto (anche se poi molto gentilmente ci hanno lasciato parcheggiare nello spazio di altri appartamenti)."
