"Last night in Albania. Needed something close to the airport. Very nice and modern hotel. I've seen this brand before and I love it. Reception and rooms are on the top floor. No elevator. Site lists shuttle and breakfast, but they don't have either. There is a restaurant across the street that we will check out. Staff is very nice and attentive. My room I clean, surprised I have a wall air conditioner/heater, that works and I found an American songs, video channel on the TV. Very quiet. "

"Très bien placé, calme. 2 lits sur les 3 très confortables. Propre en surface...Chambre spacieuse. Personnel très serviable ( on a vu 3 personnes toutes sympas) et efficace ( réservation d’un taxi, conseils si besoin,...) "

"Really enjoyed this property. Very calm position on private beach. Food options were great. Great beach bar staff. Only problem was that our room was not cleaned (Friday) till after 7pm, even then after 3 requests. I think the cleaning staff was very overworked with people coming in for the weekend so we had them clean only the bathroom."

"Super schönes, sauberes Hotel gleich neben dem Flughafen. Geräumiges Zimmer, viel Hightech, Nettes Personal, tolles Lunchpaket statt Frühstück zum Mitnehmen. Mankos: Etwas Fluglärm ist zu hören und schöne Aussicht braucht man nicht erwarten. Der Sensor vom Licht im Bad ist super sensibel und ging auch nachts manchmal an. Insgesamt aber immer noch top, 4 Sterne verdient!"

"Amazing hospitality. Special thanks to all the staff. We went with family 2 kids and needed frequent sterilisation of bottles for baby and milk. Staff were so patient and helpful. Made our holiday stress free. Food was great and kids loved the indoor spa and swimming. Rooms and cleanliness 10/10. "

"Great staff very friendly"

"The staff were superb, at the reception as well as the restaurant. They really enhanced my experience. I was upgraded when I arrived. I was helped with my many requests to book a bus to another city, explore the city centre, make recommendations for dinner, etc. The room was very comfortable, making my stay enjoyable."

"Well-appointed, clean rooms and generally helpful staff. The breakfast room has fish tanks for windows, which gives the amusing feeling that the restaurant is sunk into a pond, though the food is average. "Our upgraded room was large & very clean. Bathroom was big & bright! Toiletries were nice. Pool was refreshing & area was clean & quiet. Smoke free dining area was a welcome surprise. Good discount with Expedia was a nice bonus altho we forgot to use it!! Beds were comfy. We would highly recommend staying at the best western ark hotel"
