"Bar staff was amazing. Liberte restaurant had bad menu, food was not good. Room service needs some refresher courses. Front desk did not give wake up call . Cleaning staff missed our room twice , had to request items every day"

"We were at the Yotel in Edinburgh for 2 days of our 10day trip. Reception was nice and we were allowed to check in early which was a big plus. "Gerne möchten wir das Zimmer bewerten. Das Zimmer und das Hotel sind an sich wirklich großartig und liegen an einem zentralen Ort. Leider gab es im Badezimmer keine Heizung so war es wirklich kalt beim duschen. Und der Wasserstrahl zum duschen war auch nicht wirklich ausreichend. Ansonsten war alles ..."
