"Pros:
- location is close and central to everything. This was the best benefit.
- clean
- comfy bed
- stocked kitchen
- efficient self-check-in and quick communication
- good WiFi
- nice shower
- convenience store downstairs
- great for tourists
Cons:
- very basic and lacking furniture. No dresser or anywhere to lay out personal items. Live-out-of-your-suitcase place. Some shelving/dressers would help and there is space for them.
- same with the bathroom- barely any space to put toiletries....

"This was a beautiful, unique 220-year-old flat that provided a comfortable and clean stay for my family of six. We loved the location and accommodations our only disappointment is that we didn't see a ghost 😉.
We would 100% stay here again. It was lovely."

"Great stay, nice to be out of the centre of Bath, yet easily accessible by taxi/bus.
Lovely bakery opposite for breakfast sandwiches and coffee/cales.
Nice to have e a bathroom for each bedroom too."

"Very central apartment and nice inside but not really big enough for 4 people. No storage space for clothes etc and sofa could not accommodate four people. Very limited cooking equipment (only one frying pan - no other pots for cooking). Pictures on booking site misleading- main picture is of hot tub and roof terrace leading me to believe it was shared between guests but in fact was only for guests in penthouse suite. Very noisy during the night with bin collections and glass/bottle...

"Great Location but a bit tired and the oven was faulty which made cooking impossible. The fridge/ Freezer was in need of defrosting. Communal washing machine hard to find. Needed a deep clean. Great location saved it."

"Staying here was an absolute delight. Great location 5 min walk to bus stop and supermarket. Beautiful apartment with excellent kitchen, washer dryer (all in one), upstairs toilet and ensuites for both bedrooms downstairs.
Comfortable, modern, clean. There were even extra touches with a lovely Xmas tree and decorations in the apartment.
Great place to stay for families extra bed available for upstairs lounge room as well.
Highly recommend this property! "

"Very central location. Nice townhouse with fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, designer bathroom and livingroom with sofa etc. A real gem in Bath and would definetely stay again. "
