Stayed for 3 nights. Parking at the rear always available, From 'check in' onwards the staff were pleasant, helpful and professional, including carrying our bags to the first floor room. The double room was quite spacious, with it's own short 'hall' to the bath/shower room and door to the main hotel landing, so you enter into a short hall and not straight into the bedroom, nice touch. The room was clean, nicely set out, comfortable and well equipped. The only downside to the room was creaky floorboards from the room above which we got used to quickly, others might not. We stayed during a heatwave and needed to sleep with windows open making traffic noise very obvious but not much anyone can do about that. Overall we we enjoyed our stay and everything worked well for us. The owners are just lovely. Nothing was too much trouble and we wish them well as they develop the Cornerhouse.

I was visiting Abertawe for one night to see old friends and this was a great place to stay. Perfectly located in the heart of the city and just a short walk away from some great restaurants. The room had a luxury quality to it like the coffee machine and plump bathrobes. My only critique was the curvy headboard wasn’t very comfortable (I move around during the night and kept hitting my head on it!). The staff were lovely when I checked in - taking me and my case direct to my room. Wouldn’t hesitate staying again on my next visit!

Lovely location Very clean Great communication with owner We were there in the very hot weather (34 degrees plus) and the ventilation was inadequate A stronger fan and better blinds in the living area would have made it more comfortable

This was a very comfortable overnight stop. The room was very comfy (took a while to work out how to use the shower!), plenty of tea/coffee/toiletries/ towels etc. I was on the first floor which was accessed via the fire escape! But that was Ok. I think maybe it is used by truckers, there was a sort of common room on my floor with sofas, Tv, an outside area etc which I am sure must be appreciated.
