"Carol was the sweetest and showed us around the property when checking in. We were able to borrow beach chairs as well as she always had fresh baked sweets every day. One of the best stays we’ve had."

"Stayed here before but not sure if under new ownership. Rooms clean and comfortable. Parking adequate. Would have liked a small microwave in-room and more shelf space in the bathrooms. Didn’t like asking for room service everyday. Coffee was terrible. Breakfast was just ‘ok’. Something was always gone. Went out for coffee and breakfast some days. Not sure I would stay again."

He escorted us to our room and showed us how to key into the room with our unique door code; no room keys to lose here. The room was clean and comfortable. "It’s a very quiet and peaceful place. The staff was always available and very helpful. There is free parking, and it’s only about a 3-minute walk to the beach. "Staff were friendly, helpful and super accommodating! Room was very clean and had all the necessary amenities for our 3 night stay- mini kitchen with small sink, microwave and small fridge, glassware, plates, utensils, paper towels, sponge, soap etc! Great location on the beach. Nice pool, fitness room. Super convenient location and yet not on the main route! A new mattress should be considered as everything else was wonderful! Will be back again!"

"We are avid Cape visitors. For years we've been trying to find that one hotel that exceeds our expectations. And each year, we are disappointed for one reason or another. Not this year! Pelham House is not only beautiful but the grounds were wonderfully maintained and the room was pristine. Waking up in a comfortable bed, able to brew a hot cup of coffee and walk just 15 feet to the private beach was incredibly peaceful, which for us work horses, we desperately need. The room was clean. "I have been going to the blue water for years. I do love this resort and the updates to the rooms were fabulous. One complaint would be that the menu at the outside bar was better in the past, also the bar was open later than it is now. On the 4th of July weekend the entertainment did not show up on Friday, and the bar was closing much too early in my opinion. Other than those things this is still my favorite place to be."
