"Property was extremely nicely laid out and had plenty of room. Good bathroom and owner was easy to communicate with. Only major downside was there was not a lot of airflow and the apartment was very stuffy. "

"the owner was helpful and friendly and we where invited to help feed them which was lovely also we had a spacious bedroom /living room and comfortable beds and kitchen area where well equipped ."

"I wasn’t happy it’s not a real hotel but that was forgotten as soon as I walked in. Beautiful room with an amazing hot tub and fireplace. I could have spent the whole vaca here. I relaxed and slept well. Highly highly recommend and will stay here again for sure!"

"Contacted property manager and Vrbo the day before to enquire about accessing the property. Received no response. Called the owner at 9.15 on the day. He sounded confused but raised no issue, so I got on with my day. Received a text after 10.30 to say the property was not available! Apparently vrbo had not coordinated the availability. Host offered to book us into a local hotel…. Not ideal as we could have done that ourselves (and chosen a better hotel) but we had plans with friends and dinner...

"So appreciated the tea/coffee and cereal, after a longhaul flight. Shower cubicle esp door joints needs a good scrub with a bristle brush, will come up gleaming. Otherwise superb place, bed super comfy, linens & towels spotless."

"A nice spot, close to local shop and pub. Very easy to get to from the motorway. Friendly and welcoming owners too. Good value for money. "

"It was just lovely. The cottage was extremely clean and comfortable and the location was fabulous. The local pub The Dog Inn was lots of fun on a Thursday night as it was quiz night. We will definitely be back as have family local and it’s the perfect place to stay and spend time with them. "

"Fabulous cottage within walking distance of beautiful walking trails, historical buildings and landmarks and of course the amazing and friendly community run pub, shop and library. Beautifully presented and appointed cottage with a sun-trap of a garden overlooking glorious rolling countryside. Owner Alex is super responsive and helpful - 100% recommend this lovely home.
