"Great property, I wasn't looking for a "romantic" setting but the location on the river was fantastic for fishing. Caught a smallmouth, largemouth, and a catfish right from the back of the cabin. Wonderful host too. Would highly recommend."

"Charming place! It is evident that the host puts a lot of care and effort into providing a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. The hot tub in the garden has a great ambiance. The beds were very comfortable. She has some unique features and pieces in her house that all combine to make for a great stay."

"This is our second stay here as it is close to Indiana Wesleyan where our daughters compete in a track meet. In addition, the location is perfect for a stroll to Modoc’s coffee and other little shops in downtown Wabash. The kitchen table is great for family games. Only negatives this trip were that we did hear the upstairs neighbors a bit, especially early in the morning. And one of the shower heads was clogged so the pressure wasn’t the best. "Our stay was an absolute dream! If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with fantastic fishing right on the water and access to a stunning wildlife preserve, this is it.The location within the wildlife preserve was a significant advantage. "I cannot say enough about this listing! Every part of the stay feels relaxing and truly enjoyable! We chose to stay again because we had another baseball tournament in the area and Harry and Mabel’s is our go to location. The rooms are perfect! The amount of bathrooms keeps every one happy! The living areas are spacious and the outdoor amenities are AMAZING! Janny thinks of it all and makes you feel so comfortable for the stay. We cannot wait to go back! This house is more than 5 stars!
