We were informed about the issue & treated like royalty as the owners resolved the situation by thinking about their customers first. "This was a wonderful stay! The home was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable, and the shower pressure was perfect! We enjoyed some time on the deck, but we didn’t need to use the fire pit (the weather was nice). It was a short drive to restaurants. The owners responded quickly to our questions (simple things like streaming passcodes). We would love to come back when we are in Shreveport. Exceeded our expectations!"
