"This basement studio apartment is very clean and presented as pictured. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to locate. Host provided thoughtful touches such as bottled water and snacks, which is always nice to have after a day of travel. There were plenty of clean towels and linens, along with bath soap and shampoo in the shower.I would note that entering the apartment requires walking down a narrow set of twelve steps, something to consider if you have mobility concerns. "We loved that the property had a balcony and that the parking was private. You do have to pay for the parking garage but it is not bad. The fact that there was a washing machine and a dryer was great as well especially since we stayed for 5 days total and had our children with us. The kitchen was easy to cook on even though the pots and pans were a little outdated or overused. The trash was easy. Overall, if we were to come back to Virginia to visit D.C we would definitely stay here again.

"The Room was very clean, Made us feel at home. Had just about everything we needed but anything we didn’t have we were able to get with a quick trip to Walmart. It is on an intersection so it can be a little noisy at nights or in the early morning with cars driving by but my fiance really enjoyed his birthday stay here!"
