"Friendly staff, everything was clean and well maintained. The bed wasn’t super comfortable for me and I asked for extra towels and for the room to be picked up in the morning when the staff was in the hall, I had a work related call several hours later in the room and that’s when they decided to bring the towels and clean. Very kind and helpful however during my stay the older gentleman that works the desk was rude and not very helpful seemed annoyed that I needed help with my keycards and basically called me stupid for messing them up .
