"A lovely little cabin by a lake at the back of the owner's house (great distance between. Felt secluded and peaceful. Was great waking up and feeding the chickens, guinea fowl, geese and ducks with a cup of tea looking at the lake. A great spot to unplug and relax. Fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, central heating, cooker, kettle etc. a few more utensils would be handy. Highly recommend a stay here and the owners, Amanda and Barry are friendly, helpful and good folk."

"Clean and tidy room in a serviced house with an en suite shower room. Comfy bed, TV, chest of drawers svd a cupboard but no chair or table/desk so had to use my laptop as a laptop which is not ideal when you have done work to do. Good WiFi. No kettle in the room but well equipped shared kitchen downstairs. So, a little Spartan but certainly adequate and uncluttered room. "DO NOT BOOK this apartment. We arrived at property with an eviction notice on door - property has been repossessed. The number given when booking this property ignored messages and made us believe that we could stay. Scammers who are now not willing to issue a refund."

I booked through travel site and found communication was not easy. I have a feeling the owners are new to letting their appartments so hopefully teething issues. "We needed a place to stay in North Lincolnshire that was central to all the courses we intended to play. Beldon House was the perfect option. Easy to book and pay for. Friendly staff.The house was clean, spacious and everyone had their own room.
