"The property was exactly what we were looking for; close to a lot of the things we were in town to do. As noted in the description, there are trains right near the loft. Also, the loft is directly above bars (people, bands, etc.). But, the white noise machine and ear plugs were great! I would definitely book there again if I needed to go back to Davenport. Overall, a great visit!"

"We absolutely loved our stay. The farm house was very cozy and clean. The silo has an awesome view of the river. There is also a path that leads to stairs straight to the river, it was like we had our own private beach. We caught 2 catfish and 1 carp. We stayed during 4th of July weekend and we could see fireworks in the distance from about every direction. I would recommend and would definitely stay again!"

"The Victorian is in the process of being restored. The location is convenient to the downtown area, but parking on a narrow street was a concern and the steep steps up to the front door would be hard for some visitors (it is noted in the description). The hot tub was not clean and was only 3/4 filled with water so we never used it. The pool table has many rips and the cue sticks were missing their tops so we never used the table. The owners were quick to respond which was helpful."
