"Housekeeping was excellent. Staff at beach was very helpful. The wind off the Atlantic kept the beach comfortable and the waves a challenge. Food was great."

"This property is overrated the staff will hold a $200.00 per night on your card. As well they will have you in a resort with no air conditioning for 7 days. Fairmont El San Juan Hotel
"Rooms need upgrade and repairs, access to pool and beach we're absolutely excellent food and service was great, room cleaning staff was also great. Other than waiting 3 hours to check in and separating my 2 bedroom suite which was VERY disappointing the rest was good."
