"The manager, owner is absolutely awesome. The beach is just a ten minute walk away. The wifi is top-notch. He has an emergency backup generator and emergency water cistern. The prices are very reasonable. He has various sized rooms. A person can't find a more economically place to stay in the area is my opinion!‼🤸"

"The check-in & out process was smooth. Everything that this room offered was great. The room was clean. While we only stood here for one night of our trip and didn’t fully use the amenities the building offered, what we did use like the laundry room was really convenient. Great host. Thank you. "

"Beautiful house! Furniture was comfortable. Clean and plenty of linens. Rooftop view of the city was great! We were only there due to an unexpected situation and didn't get to fully utilize/enjoy the space, but we are very thankful for the stay. Would note that staying in Old San Juan is noisy: you can hear cars, music, talking, etc during the night from inside. That's part of it but maybe not great for everyone. "

"We loved everything about Condado Lagoon by Otium. Otium’s team was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. The room was spotless, the desk staff were friendly. The area is beautiful and we were able to watch sea turtles off our balcony every day. We didn’t plan to be stuck on the island for 6 extra days, but are very thankful we got to spent the extra time at Condado Lagoon! "
