"Clean room, friendly and attentive staff. We did not eat breakfast there so we can’t comment on breakfast. There is a Denny’s that is walking distance from Hotel. Museums, the big Texan, Cadillac Ranch and other eateries are all close by.
Our bedside lights were not working but the staff worked on it right away. Within a couple of hours the issue was fixed. Great stay. "

"The tv never worked had to call every time to get it to work. Breakfast was not edable and i have to sleep in the day cuz i work nights. The noise of hammering and drilling never stopped.
At 10 am i had house keeping knocking to clean the room. Check out is not tell 11. No shampoo no conditioner. I was so tired. After this stay. Not again

"We went on a 10-day road trip and the Hampton hotels we stayed at were our favorites. As a family of 6 with 4 kids, the rooms at the Hampton hotels we stayed at were the best. There is a lot of room and the ability to log in to our Disney plus account was a huge plus for us as well. The pools were clean and the facilities as a whole were clean and we were comfortable."

"Not a lot to choose from for breakfast. Coffee wasn’t very good, with styrofoam cups with flimsy lids. The maid knocked on our door early morning. The staff person checking us in made a derogatory remark after looking at my drivers license about Californian’s. "

"Great location next to the Big Texan. Can easily walk over to it. The hotel has a decent free breakfast offered.
We did spill some water on the floor in our room when we wiped it up, the floor obviously hadn’t been mopped very well or was mopped with dirty water. The towel was way dirtier than I would’ve expected. Nothing too crazy. Only reason I have a 4 star on cleanliness. Rest of the room a facility was well taken care of. "
