Beautiful 1200 sq' apartment. Fully furnished with all bedding, towels, fully stocked kitchen. Even includes bath products, laundry soap, and coffee! Open and airy with vaulted ceilings. In the heart of Barrie, but private and secluded with a large deck looking at private gardens. We are located close to all the City has to offer, including great restaurants, shopping, malls and the lake front. Come for a night, weekend or longer! Ask about a discount for longer stays.

The property exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well kept. We attended our grandson’s baseball tournament and the location was excellent and close and easy to get to the ball diamonds, downtown, shopping and dining. Would definitely recommend it .

Excellent suit in a big house. Super comfortable. Had everything you can ask for. Scott is a very responsive and nice host. No issues at all. Just a lovely stay.

Very comfortable place to stay.

Host was very responsive and checked in to ensure everything was ok with my stay and despite the hosts home being attached, my privacy was respected. I would definitely recommend the property to others.

Easy stay

This property is easy to find, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Easy access to downtown and the highway. The unit is very large and well lit, as it is above a three car garage, so no downstairs tenants to worry about. We would definitely stay again!

Such a pleasant stay

All the comforts of home in this lovely apartment. The kitchen has everything you could ever need for meal prep. We appreciated the cable package as we love to watch sports. The king bed was comfortable with a variety of pillows to choose from. Impressively clean and decorated nicely. Would definitely consider booking this rental again.

Cozy weekend getaway

Booked an overnight stay at this lovely private apartment during a ski trip. It was exactly as described; very spacious, clean, cozy and homey. Scott, the host, was very communicative, responsive and easy to reach. A great experience overall, couldn't recommend it more!

One of the best places we’ve stayed.

We had a lovely visit. The apartment is far nicer than it even looks on the site. SOOO Spacious and charming. Scott greeted us at the door when we arrived and helped us with accessing the door. He made himself available if we had any concerns but otherwise gave us privacy. The unit was decorated modestly for the season. It was lovely.

Wonderful accommodations.

These accommodations provided everything you could want in a home away from home. They were spacious, clean, well appointed with comfortable beds and located in a very picturesque setting. Check in was seamless and the host extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend.
