"Beautiful hotel. Our room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Nice amenities in the room. The hotel had a turn down service which was unexpected and welcoming after being out all day. Great little touches such as, leaving a note card about the weather for the next day. The staff was friendly and professional. "Wonderful stay at The Loutrel. Perfect location just off the main drag but walking distance from everything. Room was spacious and really nice, staff friendly and professional, and the rooftop deck was AMAZING. The musician playing up there for sunset happy hour was a highlight of the trip. Will definitely stay again."

"It was a lovely room in a great location. Centrally located. One of only 3 rooms in the building. It was comfortable and spacious!! We received numerous emails with information and instructions, all easy to follow. The parking garage was around the corner and easily accessible. And, after leaving, I realized I left a few articles of clothing in the closet which they quickly mailed out to me. An overall great experience!!!"

I had a bad throat - we got some soup from the nearby Harris teeter, and the guy went into the kitchen and heated the soup for me. Over and above. Would stay here again. "
