"BEWARE!!!!!! 3 hours before my check-in time, I contacted the host for check-in instructions (it's an apartment, not a hotel with reception). The person told me that the apartment wasn't available but said they will help me find accommodation and urged me to get refund from Expedia as the new place wanted cash. "From beginning to end the property manager was was always interested in our booking. And took care to make sure both transfers and car rental wee arranged. The staff were attentive but not suffocating. The food Lucy prepared was authentic Dominican cuisine. Simple but satisfying. The property is private with amazing views and clean pool. Very safe and secure property. The property, especially the interior could use some updating. Overall would recommend. "
