"We sty here quite often when visiting family. It’s a great place to stay. Close to the family, restaurants, shopping and the freeway. It’s clean, staff is very friendly and helpful.
The only issue is time my other half stayed there and the put him in a handicap room. ( we have no handicaps It was a bit difficult using the shower and there were no closets to hang clothes.
We will stay there again but not in a handicap room. We like the hotel and the staff."

"Outside looked a little dirty and skeptical, but it look like some work was being done so I gave them the benefit of the doubt we’re going into the room. It looked nice, but after they’re actually analyzing and walking around the bathtub have shoe prints in them. There was a small little worms underneath the table against the wall in a big giant worm inside in front of our door we immediately left. "Stayed at this resort for thw 1st time. We stayed a couple nights ad a staycation. Checking in and out was seamless. Also, Rosa at the pool was more than willing to assist with towels and microwave. I really appreciate her personality. Her willingness to help. My husband and I will definitely be rebooking at this resort."

"We made a reservation for this property based on the 9.4 rating and being completely unfamiliar with the area trusted what we saw online. When we arrived in the evening, we discovered it is in a VERY unsafe area of town and we did not even feel comfortable checking in. The photos and description are misleading on the website making it seem like its a fine place to be. "We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans...
