"The lorikeet suite I booked is excellent. Clean, nice with a small outdoor courtyard where we can sit and relax. The food served at the hotel restaurant is good quality and tasty. Although we faced the hot water issue, but the way the hotel handled the issue is very satisfactory. Highly recommend it to my friends and will come to stay next time when we are at Kangaroo Valley."

"one downer was the fact the restaurant isn't open for dinner on a Saturday night, we had the weekend planned and dinner at this beautiful place was on the list, our fault for not looking properly? perhaps. we just assumed. luck of the draw with rooms, yes, all superior but some are better than others. needed to really look at the offerings and try to pick. saying that, we loved the room we were in it just wasn't the one in the photo we saw booking online. the dude at check-in and in the cellar...
