Our well-kept home sits on a full acre of land, bordering the Cape Cod Organic Farms, offering a peaceful and scenic backdrop for relaxation after a day of adventure.

Historic Cape Home with Pool, Yard & Modern Comforts- Step back in time while enjoying modern convenience at this historic 1770 Cape-style home, complete with its own plaque. Perfect for families or small groups, the home sleeps 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Main Floor: 1 bedroom with a memory-foam full mattress, plus a freshly updated bathroom featuring dual shower heads.

Upstairs: 3 more bedrooms—two with queen beds, TVs, and window AC units; and one with a full-size bed, and TV.

Bathrooms: One with a walk-in shower, the other with a tub/shower combo—perfect for both convenience and relaxation. (Face clothes are not provided.)

(Please note: the staircase is steep and narrow, consistent with historic Cape homes.)

Kitchen & Dining
The bright kitchen includes everything you need to cook at home: gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, blender, drip coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, mixing bowls, utensils, and wine glasses. (Pantry staples such as coffee, oil, or spices are not stocked unless kindly left behind by previous guests.)

We take pride in stocking the kitchen with high-quality OXO tools and cookware—no flimsy utensils here—so meal prep is effortless. Families will also appreciate thoughtful touches like Tupperware for leftovers and a high chair available for little ones.

Gather at the dining table with seating for 8, perfect for family-style meals or group dinners, with additional bar seating at the kitchen island for casual bites or morning coffee. The open flow between kitchen and dining creates a welcoming atmosphere, whether you’re sharing a holiday meal, working remotely, or enjoying a laid-back Cape Cod evening in.

Living Spaces
The welcoming living room is designed for comfort after a day at the beach or exploring the Cape, with cozy seating and a relaxed New England feel.

(Garage is used for storage and not accessible to guests. Not safe to be inside.

Family-Friendly Touches
Guests will find a Pack ’n Play on-site, plus a variety of baby gear left by the owner (Stokke stroller, Mina high chair, walker, toy wagon, play mat, and boujin chair).
Important: Guests must thoroughly clean anything they use. No refunds will be issued for conditions or issues with these items.

Amenities & Practical Notes
Washer & dryer on-site, free for guest use.
Starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels provided—guests should purchase additional supplies as needed.
Guests are responsible for filling the propane tank for the grill.

Historic Character & Honest Notes
This home embraces its history, and with that comes character: Some hallway walls are marked from guest luggage despite touch-ups. A filled-in fireplace hole remains visible. The kitchen is older, and carpet/floors may show wear from guest use. These are part of the property’s age and charm, and refunds will not be issued for these conditions.

Age Requirement
No bookings are allowed for guests under 28 years old, unless part of a family stay.

Fall & Winter Rentals
Guests/tenants are responsible for their own trash removal and snow removal.

Off-Season Stays
Off-season rentals are treated more like long-term tenancies than short-term vacation rentals. Please don’t hesitate to inquire for more details before booking!

Heat & AC (Massachusetts Compliance)
This unit has window AC during the warmer months. Per state law, heat is provided from September 15 to May 31. For AC installation or seasonal switchover requests, message us in advance—we’ll do our best to accommodate based on your stay dates.

Kitchen Supplies – While we provide pots, pans, and basic cooking tools, we do not supply oil, salt, pepper, coffee, or other food-related items. You may find a few pantry items left behind by previous guests.

Linens & Towels – We provide 100% cotton linens and clean bath towels, but we do not provide face cloths. Some linens may show light stains due to the lack of industrial laundry facilities, but they are always clean. If needed, we’re happy to provide a fresh set.

Guest Identification – The host reserves the right to request a valid photo ID before sending check-in instructions. No refunds will be issued for failure to provide identification.

Minimum Age & Guest Composition -
The primary guest must be 21+ and present for the entire stay. Reservations intended to allow under-21 guests to stay without appropriate adult supervision (for example, one 21-year-old booking for multiple 18–20-year-olds) are not allowed.

Support/Service Animals – A doctor’s note or doctor-signed certificate is required before hosting.

Lost & Found – Forgotten items can be shipped back for a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs. Unclaimed items are donated or discarded after 14 days.

Plumbing Reminder – DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING down the toilets other than toilet paper. Absolutely no “flushable” wipes, tampons, or other items. The building’s pipes are very old, and even a single wipe can cause severe clogs, requiring walls to be opened for plumbing access and repairs.
