The remote location allows you to unplug from technology and appreciate the lake. Playing cards and family games will inspire conversation and friendly competition.

This lake area is perfect for enjoyment with fishing, personal watercraft and swimming. The dock area and cove are set back from rough waters and heavy boat traffic.

Additional Things to Consider At Gravois Getaway
* Parking for up to 3 vehicles on the property or two with trailer
* Country lake roads for access including gravel roads, narrow bridges, and a steep and winding approach
* All Wheel Drive Vehicle recommended (i.e. no low riding / sports car type vehicles)
* Remote location - The Internet is available for use but not for streaming/gaming
* 10 x 20 Boat slip available - Lift use Not Required

Pet Friendly Property Guidelines
- Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
- Pets must be on leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
- Pets must be crated / kenneled when left in the home alone
- Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
- Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket / quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
- Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and / or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

Cancellation Standards: Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
