"Excellent customer service from Bobbi Sue! Wicked clean cabin and I felt like we were treated like royalty. Loved hanging out in the Adirondack chairs on the cabin deck and watching the wildlife in the private lake. Also, the outdoor fire was raging and was perfect for our marshmallows and s'mores sticks that are in the office! Would hands down stay at this property again and definitely plan to in the future. "

"Rustic but comfortable log cabin. The hosts were very nice and checked in to make sure my stay was going well. Nice kitchen to cook in, hot tub, firepit, and lots of bedroom spaces. I went to hike so it's convenient to some good locations. I would highly recommend it! "

"A relaxing getaway! Great home, well kept. Had everything we needed and more. Spent hours watching river and hummingbirds on the front porch! Beautiful, and fun for all, swimming hole at end of road. Would most definitely book again."

"We loved our stay here! The house was well equipped with everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Please note that there is a decent size set of stairs to reach the door of the property. We did not know that in advance and have some members of our group with mobility difficulties. However, the house is all one level which was great. "

"I needed a place to stay in between selling my house and getting in my new house. It was close and they allowed my cat which was a huge relief. She hid under the bed all week. I will definitely recommend these cabins to family when they come to visit. My new house has limited space for everyone. "

"Seth had a beautiful property on Peacham Pond. The description was exactly what the property was. We all enjoyed the stay. My youngest was 14 all they way up to my Mother in her 70s. Enjoyed the pine board finish, kitchen was more than useful, beds were good including the futon. We also enjoyed the lake(thats what it would be called in our area) caught some small bass and swimming was super cold and refreshing. I hope to stay again, maybe in the winter.Thank You"

"Beautiful home with everything we could’ve imagined, and more. So many nice touches. Everything was very clean and neat and new. Clear instructions were marked on items that required them. We enjoyed the fire pit, wrap around porch etc. We visited friends in Bethlehem and did hikes activities etc in Franconia Notch. We would definitely love to come back to this house another time!"

"The cabin was very nice and clean. Located on a relatively secluded hill top with plenty of usable space around the cabin. We saw a couple deer and had daily visits from a few wild turkeys. Daughter enjoyed the pool/air hockey/foosball table."

"The place was fantastic. Great central location to get places for a day hike and enjoy the local area. The house itself was huge and very spacious, we never felt too crowded. The hot tub was great and very clean. Would definitely stay here again. "

"A beautiful lakeside home with everything you need for a perfect, relaxing vacation. Kayaks and canoes, a swimming beach a few minutes walk down the road, and a comfortable, well-appointed and spacious home to relax in. 2 decks overhead the lake great for reading, eating and relaxing."
