"I was visiting to spend time with my grandsons. It was raining and nasty for the day so I thought a pool day would be fun n for them, they let us check in early ( it is the same off season) and they got to spend so much time in the pool! Thank you"

"I gave a fifty dollar cash pet deposit at check in but at checkout I was told they couldn’t return it because no one but the manager had a key to the till. Was supposed to be put on my card but hasn’t been. Also, staff knocked on the door at seven A.M. to see if we’d left yet. There are way better options in the area. Avoid this Motel 6."

"I love this hotel. The only thing I don't like is the inner rooms that face the "event space". You can't tell what time it is cause you cannot see outside from your room. This time we had a room with an outside facing window. Much better! So close to downtown, you can walk everywhere. I will always choose this hotel when traveling to Missoula and seeing a show downtown. Eat at El Comino Tacos! Chef's kiss!"

"DIRTY! When I walked into my room I was immediately confronted with a wafting smell of urine. There was literal dirt on the floor that I could see. It was disgusting. Do not waste your money or time here."

"There were spiderwebs in the lamps and the carpet was so dirty-plan to wear shoes in your room. There were stains on the mattress as well. We booked the suite with the tub based on pictures provided (they looked nice) but that is a scam and they do not offer that room anymore, but based on cleanliness I wouldn't have used it anyway. The staff at the front offered a smile when we saw them and the breakfast had the usual amenities."

"I wish I could give this property a better review. The room itself was quite nice. It was clean and spacious and the kitchenette was very nice. However, we booked a two-queen room and when we checked in, we were informed they only had single king rooms available. This was unacceptable as we needed two beds to accommodate the number of guests we had in our room. The young man at the desk did offer a $50 discount for the inconvenience but that doesn't put heads in beds. I expressed my...
