The apartment is on the first floor of a building without a lift, to get there you have to go up two flights of five steps each.
Parking is not included, but below the house there are free parking lots or on the other side of the street in Largo Ciaia there is a paid municipal parking lot.

The 40 square meter apartment remains quiet as it overlooks the inner courtyard, while in the bedroom there is a balcony overlooking the main street.
