"Decepcionante: No merece la pena pagar por el “upgrade” de vistas y falta de orientación al cliente El hotel ofrece la opción de pagar un extra por una habitación en una planta alta con “vistas”, pero esto es engañoso. La diferencia de precio no está justificada, ya que las vistas no son realmente destacables. Recomiendo reservar una habitación estándar y ahorrar ese coste adicional. Además, la atención en recepción no fue la esperada. La recepcionista insistía en vender su punto de vista en lugar de escuchar y atender las necesidades del cliente, lo que demuestra una falta de orientación al servicio.
