"Large property right across the street from the beach. Lots of activities on the property including a large pool. Bathrooms and rooms are a little outdated but in good shape. No A/C but the breeze from the ocean keeps things cool during the evening. The house is from the 50s so its older, but considering all its been through, its in good shape. Lost power on our last night there but this is a common occurrence anywhere you go in PR."

"What a great location with walkable restaurants and beach. The home was clean with all the amenities we needed. I will definitely stay here again at the next trip to this beautiful island!!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this property with our family of 16. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, and the layout of the four private units—three suites downstairs and one large unit upstairs—worked perfectly for our group. The private pool was clean, with a nice shallow end for toddlers, and the property’s location right on the beach made it feel like our own private paradise.We loved the gorgeous ocean and mountain views, the abundance of pool and beach toys, and the...

"Nelson and Miguel were very responsive. We had a few issues but everything was resolved in a timely manner. The house is in the mountains. Very close to stores within a 5-10 minute drive. There is a bakery on the up the road about an 2 minute drive that had the best fresh baked bread and pastries. Our neighbors had a cow which was nice to see in the mornings. The views from the back balcony are breath taking. "

"We loved this property. Perfect for a family. We loved the local fauna (yes there were some ants, but its the tropics)Searched for the neighborhood iguanas everyday. The neighborhood is a little run down but my understanding is that H Maria hit Arecibo hard. We grew to love the area and your property.Special thanx to Isa for her help and being so welcoming."

"Our trip was overshadowed by hurricane Erin but had no issues from the storm other than rain during our stay. "

"Even though finding the place was a little tricky arriving late at night, Melba was always available and would respond immediately. There was no power for most of our stay due to the island poor electric infrastructure, but she was very quick trying to make our stay more enjoyable and even hooking up to a generator. The area is close to the beach and great restaurants. The swimming pool was big, clean and inviting. Our kids had a lot of fun there. We enjoyed our stay."

"This house is very, very nice. Thr pictures are accurate. House is well stocked. Kitchen could use a few more pans for cooking but that is really just a personal want. Man i have been to many beaches around the world...and this beach is perhaps the best ive ever been to. 100% clean. No trash. No seaweed. Rocks? Not a 1. Clear water? Check. "2 nights and 3 days of peace and beautiful views. We followed Claritza's directions to get there and we had no problems. The house is beautiful and clean. I loved the way the house is decorated. We wanted to go to the river, we asked Claritza and she gave us very easy to follow directions. We spent some time at the river, we visited the Adjuntas plaza, we had coffee at Deleite, we visited El Campo es Lena and visited a coffee plantation Jacana. We give this place a 10/10."

"The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer. "

"My stay was amazing. It was fit for all age groups. The toddlers, tweens, teens and adults. Beach access across the street. Really good restaurants walking distance and most importantly when there were minor inconveniences the owner responded immediately and got the issue resolved. I highly recommend. "

"Christine and Jose are delightful hosts, so friendly and helpful from the moment we got there. The views are stunning, the bed is so comfy and the pool is amazing. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. It's close to Batey Adventures which has an amazing tour of caves on the Tanama River. We wish we had stayed longer to see more of the beauty in the area."
