"Large property right across the street from the beach. Lots of activities on the property including a large pool. Bathrooms and rooms are a little outdated but in good shape. No A/C but the breeze from the ocean keeps things cool during the evening. The house is from the 50s so its older, but considering all its been through, its in good shape. Lost power on our last night there but this is a common occurrence anywhere you go in PR."

"I had an amazing time at this hotel. Great views in the center of town near all restaurants and things to do it was very peaceful. The pool was maintained everyday. It was clean The owner checked on us a couple of times doing all stay to make sure everything was working and everything was all good. I love the communication"

"The host always responded promptly. The check in was smooth. There was a pool but it had a little too many leaves in it we didnt use it. It was very spacious, decent location if you have a rental/transpo about 15 mins from most things (food, restaurants, beaches, stores etc). There is a rooster or 3 next door that woke us up around 430 - 5 every morning.It was 8 of us all family and it was more than enough room for su to be comfortable and relax."

"We were very happy with our accommodation. Easy check in and checkout. Excellent communication. Very clear instructions. This is the perfect place for large groups to rent because the upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the downstairs are three separate studio apartments with two queens. "We had a great time staying here. Melba was very responsive to all our needs - from helping us figure the driveway gate to hot water in the showers to providing us with lanterns and a charger when power unexpectedly went out all over the island. It was a great spot to access the beautiful local beaches and the five year old with us loved the pool!"

"We were a bit nervous coming into the property because it is located in a rundown neighborhood. Literally there are cars on the street with no tires and abandoned houses everywhere. The house was clean and the view was amazing, we were right on the beach. The lighthouse Beach was only about 2 minutes from where we were and it was a protected cove that was much safer to swim in then the each in front of the house. "We stayed at this property for our 40th anniversary and it was just fine. It was nice and close to the beach and the complex was pretty deserted. A couple things we wished we would have had available were beach chairs and a cooler. But that could be just because we got used to having that at the place we stayed the year before.
