I was initially given Room 570, which unfortunately had a broken window and a lot of noise coming in from the motorway. It was impossible to relax with the constant sound. I went to reception to explain the issue, and I have to say the staff handled it wonderfully — they moved me to a much nicer room and even upgraded me. The new room was excellent, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the pillows were perfect. I really appreciated the quick and friendly service.
The only real disappointment was the breakfast. For 18 euros, I expected better quality food and coffee. Instead, the coffee came from a cheap machine and was only lukewarm. The breads and butter also felt low-quality. On top of that, the breakfast area wasn’t well managed — many tables were left uncleared, and guests struggled to find a clean spot to sit. Several people, myself included, had to clean a table ourselves just to sit down.
Overall, the stay improved significantly after the room change, but I definitely wouldn’t opt for the breakfast again. The hotel has great rooms and good service at reception, but the breakfast experience really needs improvement.
