One of the rooms, located on the second floor, has a double bed and two single beds. The other two rooms, on the first floor, have two single beds each.
The apartment is equipped with clean sheets and towels ready for use on the day of arrival.

On the first floor of this apartment with a pool near the Sagrada Familia are the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may require: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, fridge/freezer, and stove. The spacious living room is furnished and decorated in an elegant style, where you can sit and relax while enjoying the company of your friends and family.

For added comfort, the apartment offers a hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, washer, and dryer. In addition, parking spaces are available on request in the same building.

It is a fun and quiet area, it is not the typical place where you will find tourist masses. You will meet many local people if you walk the streets or visit their restaurants, cafes, shops, cinemas and more.

-: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

-: A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
