This apartment which accommodates 6 people has a surface area of 85 m2 divided into 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of them en-suite), dining room with an open-plan kitchen, a balcony overlooking Calle Montserrat and another looking on to the back of the building. It is ideal for a comfortable stay in Barcelona.

The apartment is fully equipped with heating and air conditioning, washing machine, tumble drier, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, juicer, mixer, plates), TV and free Wi-Fi.

Near the apartment you can explore the unique Gothic Quarter and Old Town, its broad range of restaurants, medieval buildings, Barcelona Cathedral, Plaza del Rey, Plaza del Pi, the Maremagnum area, a leisure area facing the sea, shop in all sorts of different establishments in Plaza Catalunya and Paseo de Gracia, and also enjoy many different cultural activities with some of the most important museums and theatres in the city.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
CHECK IN- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.

- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.

- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.

- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.

- We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.

- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security.

- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

HOURS:- Check in time: from 3.00pm onwards.- Departure time: before 11.00am- Please inform us of your expected arrival time

DEPOSIT- Your deposit payment will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours as soon as the vacated apartment has been checked.

Geräumiges Quartier in zentraler Lage

Haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Hofseitig war es äußerst ruhig und wärmer, während es strassenseitig kühler war und man nachts gelegentlich laute Passanten durchgehört hat. Einrichtung gut, wenngleich ein kleiner Check eines Handwerkers gut täte, der Küchenkastentüren u. -Laden justiert und kaputte Gelenke repariert. (Lampe, Mülleimer). Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Auch die Abwicklung war komplett problemlos.und die Kautionwurde prompt rückerstattet.

The apartment was clean and as described. The WiFi was down when we arrived and the property manager fixed it immediately. The customer service was great. However, the apartment is in a corridor with many lateNight bars. The street noise kept us up til 3AM. If you are young and out late, will probably not be an issue but for us 50 the noise was problematic.

A Great Location

My mom and I stayed in the apartment for 5 days. As mentioned in the other reviews, this apartment is steps away from La Rambla. The apartment was clean and spacious. Communication with the property management was excellent. The code check in and check out was very convenient. The only negatives was, the weather was a little cold and the apartment was a little cold, but we managed with extra layers. Also, the noise from the street was a bit obnoxious at night. However, this is a no fault to the owners. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would consider renting this apartment again.

Amazing location

The location of this property can't be beat! Basically 1 block from La Rambla and 2 or 3 blocks from the port! The other reviews that talk about noise are correct so if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

Wonderful location - Spotless Apartment

We are four Seniors in our Seventies. Everything was as described. The beds were comfortable, internet was excellent and location for the sights of beautiful Barcelona. The only problem we had was the elevator was not working well while we were there. The host sent repairmen out three times the four days we were there. He was responsive and addressed the issue. He made arrangements for someone to carry our luggage down the day we were leaving as we still had a broken elevator. Also, if you are a cook, there is no oven, only stove and microwave. Just worth noting as I stay in VRBO’s often and it was the first time I’ve not had an oven. You will also need everything as far as salt, pepper, napkins, paper towels, etc. the washer, dryer and dishwasher were exact. The coffee is Nescafé pods so you will need to bring or buy extra if you are a coffee drinker. There is enough for one morning with the machine.Nice small appliances. It was a good stay and a very comfortable apartment. The bedding and towels were very nice quality. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Karen for on The US

If the people in the suite above us moves a chair along the floor or something is dropped on the floor it's extremely loud. Hand towels for wiping the kitchen counter does not absorb the water so nothing dries. No dish rack for air drying dishes the dishes. The clothes dryer does a poor job drying clothes. They are still not dry after 2 hours of drying. We cleaned the filter before we started drying anything and tried different settings with minimal success. Minimal supples. Elevator broke and 5 people were trapped in it for over a half an hour and had to be rescued by the Fire Department. Apparently it was repaired but we didn't use it when we left because we didn't want to get trapped it on the day we left for home.

Close to Las Ramblas

My husband, two teen sons and myself had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Attentive host, easy check in process and very clean. The A/C was not strong as we would have liked and it was noisy into the wee hours of the morning outside, but those are the only two things that we weren't happy with. It was easy to navigate to Las Ramblas and the water.

Absolutely perfect

This place was perfect for us! With a family of 5, having 2 bathrooms in this roomy space was nice. We very much appreciate being able to leave our bags earlier than check in, so we didn’t have to walk La Rambla with luggage (like we saw many others doing). The apartment was gorgeous and perfect distance to La Rambla. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations!!

Great overall

Location: The location is perfect; one block from La Rambla at the bottom of La Rambla. There is a Metro station one block away and it's easy to navigate the Metro system. There is a bike rental across the ally way, we rented bikes for the week with helmets. It's called A Bike Rental. They were awesome to work with. There are bike paths all over the city. We rode to the beach, which is very close by, maybe a 20 min walk. The waterfront is a 5 min walk. We felt safe in this location. Apartment: The apartment is really big and clean. It has a big fridge and freezer, large washer and dryer, great AC for the hot days. Comfy beds, clean linens, towels, good wifi. We sat out on the balcony with our coffee in the morning. Note: if the dryer is turning off with a red warning light, just empty the water from the top left compartment. It's a bit different from what we have in the States. Hot water was great, no issues. Really good water pressure. If it's cold or the washer or dryer is not working, check the electric box and see if the bottom left switch needs to be adjusted. That happened a couple of times, not a big deal, just good to know it's an easy fix. Communication: The apartment managers were amazing to work with. They communicated right away during our rental process. I will definitely rent from them again if we visit Barcelona in the future. It was easy to access the apartment with the codes, all info was sent as explained in the rental process. It's really organized.

Place was awesome and clean. In a central location for quick and easy to shopping and tourist area by the port. Only negative was the late night bar scene and people being loud. Last night was the worse with people upstairs jumping and slamming doors until early morning hours. Also there was a big fight in the ally way and woke up the 2 bedrooms on that side. But the positives definitely out weight the negatives. Would love to use again in the future!! Thank you for making our first visit to Barcelona a fun and enjoyable trip!!!

Great Location and easy process.

Great, clean unit in an ideal location

We were a group of six and stayed for three nights. The unit was very comfortable and clean. It was in a great location, walking distance to many of Barcelona’s attractions. Communication was a breeze and the building and unit felt safe with easy to use keypads for access to both.

Excellent location!

This was a perfect property for our family of 6! Location is amazing being just one block from La Rambla. We walk a lot, and this apartment is within walking distance of numerous sites including the market and the beach. It is also close to a metro stop which we found useful to take us right to the Basilica Sagrada Familia. Apartment was well equipped and comfortable. My only criticism is the check in process and acquisition of the digital key via cell phone app. If you’re not quite cell phone and app savvy, you would likely find yourself very frustrated trying to get checked in.

This apartment was in a great location and had everything we needed for a nice stay in Barcelona. Close to restaurants, stores, the beach, etc. Felt very "at home" with all the amenities and furnishings.
