"We liked everything about our stay.
Breakfast room haf a very good variety of cooked food and pastries.
It was great to see so many outlets and charging stations
Only 2 things were off. The shower gel was empty. (We used the bar soap and left a note for housekeeping.)
Also there were 3 empty vodka bottles behind the hair dryer.
Otherwise....a great stay."

"This hotel was great and so accomodating. Your front desk agents helped us setup some special (complimentary) amenities for a friend who was getting married that weekend. They assisted with printing things out, and putting a gift basket in her room as a surprise. Really great customer service! and pet friendly!"

"We checked in and left within an hour because the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The room also appeared unclean and poorly maintained, which made us uncomfortable staying there.
What made the experience especially frustrating was that the hotel refused to provide a refund, despite us leaving almost immediately after seeing the condition of the room.

"The route was poorly lit for night time check in. The water was not hot. While the staff was pleasant they were unable to give us hot water prior to our check out and offered their apologies. They should have offered a discount since on our second day we were unable to shower before our departure. I question if I would stay there again."

Room has an environmental unit, iron w/ board, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and blow dryer; all work. Ice machine by office and continental breakfast with many off-site locations to eat. Room was clean and had more than needed lighting; many options depending on the mood desired. This will be my first stop when I visit Chico...
