Mesquita de Barbaros Hayrettin Pasa

I was very happy staying here for the two weeks I was in the Sultanahmet area. The location is close to all the important historic sights you‘d want to see. The hotel is also just a few steps from public transportation, great Turkish restaurants, bank ATM’s, and shopping. Muhammed as well as the other manager, the kitchen and housekeeping teams were all outgoing, friendly, and professional. The rooms are clean, the mattresses and pillows were very comfortable, and the bathrooms had great water pressure with plenty of hot water. The WiFi was strong and easy to connect to. The breakfast offered plenty of traditional Turkish options like simit, olives, cheeses, sausage, cucumbers, tomatoes, honey, a cereal assortment, yogurt, fresh fruit, and eggs. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable.

A equipe de funcionários foi muito atenciosa e prestativa.

We were in our room only overnight due to an airline delay, but we were warmly greeted at the front desk and promptly checked in. A welcome fruit plate and water was given to us and our bags brought up for us. The room was spacious and nicely furnished and the bathroom clean and fresh. Breakfast was tasty and extensive but catered more for a Turkish or European clientele. The front desk staff were so kind to rescue us the next morning from a scam taxi driver and then helped us with getting a ride to airport with their shuttle. Batu was extremely kind and reassuring after this scary episode. Would recommend this hotel if you want to be out of center and closer to airport.
