"The room was brilliant. Everything we needed was there. The staff member on reception was extremely helpful from the start and whenever we needed anything from the bar it was never too much trouble for her to leave what she was doing to serve us. The young lady on reception told us that we would not be disappointed with the breakfast the following morning and we were definitely not disappointed. This was a leisure break but I have to travel with work regularly and so have experienced many hotels...

"Staff were lovely and friendly . Room was clean and bathroom looked newly refurbished. Breakfast was excellent with cereal , tea , coffee and full English . Car parking was secure and just opposite the guest house and is free when booking direct . Soo close to Tenby town and harbour and it was only 5-10mins walk away "

"Great location. 3 mins from a great beach and near 2 places within walking distance to eat in the evening. A great room with everything you need for a few days away. Staff at the hotel were really accomodating washed and dried our towels and tshirts as we had been on the beach. Beach wraps available to use and a parking permit for the beach so it was free to park. Breakfast was huge and could be afapted as you liked it. "What a beautiful hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful, spa is really lovely has pool, sauna, jacuzzi and hot tub, has a quiet wellness room. Our room was a executive room which is large with a bath. Very clean Food was exceptional, I would recommend staying here. We will be back"

"The service was great, though my suggestion is that it is difficult to pair with an extended stay when you booked a short stay. The long-stay owners were extremely loud on the last day. Overall, a three-star from me, just because the service was good."

"The Premier is a short walk from the train station. The room was big enough, comfortable big bed, coffee machine and kettle. We had the breakfast buffet each morning and it was a good way to start the day. The location is fabulous for walking on the beaches, exploring the town - lots of shops and restaurants right out the front door. Staff were great . "
