"This was supposed to be a fabulous weekend that this facility destroyed. There was blood and hair in the bathtub. There was a (filled?) mousetrap by the dresser. The rom smaller line burned rubber the mattress and bedding had burn holes. The hallway was littered with dirt. The carpet in our room was filthy. The curtain was hanging off one side. We couldn’t stay. Causing us to have to find the closest hotel which was an hour away with no availability the following evening. We had to cut our...

"The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. That is always so important. They had a very nice breakfast available every morning, but the most impressive part of our stay was how helpful and kind the staff was. It was an excellent place to stay and hopefully I will get back up there and definitely stay here again."

"Loved our stay at Twin Gables! It's a very bright, well-kept property within walking distance of lots of dining, shopping & a park with a nice hiking loop. I was surprised at how quiet it was, despite it being full the last 2 nights of our 4 night stay. Our room faced the street but that end of the street was quiet so there was no issue. The clothes rack and shelves in the room and the bench shelf in the bathroom were helpful for having a place to put things. Good shower pressure and hot water....

"An incredible experience from the moment we checked in until we left. The hotel was beautiful with great amenities. The spa was perfect and spent an enjoyable day there with my sisters. The staff couldn’t be friendlier and more helpful. Love the location, easy access to downtown to all the shops and great restaurants. Highly recommend."

"Be aware it is a classic 2-story “motor lodge” with doors opening on to the parking lot, but if you are okay with that the rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable and well appointed, and the staff is super helpful. Would stay there again."

"My room smelled of stale smoke. Able to move to another room."

"What a lovely stay we had for 2 nights at the Journey Inn B&B! We hadn't been to a B&B in ages but when in the Hudson Valley, it is a must! We felt completely at home here and had excellent sleep in the spacious English Cottage suite with its captain bed and king sized bed! Our teenager loved the captain's bed so much she's requested one everywhere we go from now on. The bathroom layout was helpful with two vanities, too! The in-room fridge was handy and we very much appreciated that we could...

"Nice , modern and clean."

"The breakfast is invincible and bad. It can't even be compared with the express hotel. They said that they checked out at 11 o'clock, but they couldn't even enter the room at 10:30."

"Nice clean"

"Friendly staff , clean rooms , safe environment"

"Very clean room in a serene setting in between the Taconic and downtown Rhinebeck."
