"Cool little cabin! Right next to the river. Great biking near by. Close to the little town. Quiet and comfortable. Has a small kitchen which was nicely stocked. Was there during a hot weekend (95ish) and was worried about no AC, but somehow the place stayed nice and cool. Would definitely stay there again"

"Yes. It was perfect for me for visiting family and friends in Nevada City. Convenient and easy access to downtown. Also a plus that it was a west facing basement walkout, so it stayed cool for the hot summer nights and days. I would 100% stay here again."

"Great vacation in our favorite little town. The location is close enoigh to talk to town but very peaceful. The house was comfortable ans we enjoyed sitting out on the porch. Thanka for the great trip!"

"The property is very spacious, the rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Kitchen is wellequipped. Game room is also fun for kids. Host is very responsive. The extra room by the basement can have additional carpet and heating during winters. We had a fun stay!"

"The Perfect Romantic Getaway!This cabin was everything we hoped for and more. The views were absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the sound of the river every morning felt like a dream. The space was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, with so many thoughtful touches that made it feel extra special. "I really enjoyed my cozy stay. I enjoyed some wonderful peace and quiet which is exactly what I needed. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. I had everything I needed. The cabin was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and the trees are amazing. Also, their labradoodle and kitty are awesome. "

"Came for a wedding at Lake Wildwood. Found this gem on VRBO. Very close to LW and Grass Valley. Host is great and the accommodations were very nice. Would definitely stay here again."

"This cabin is awesome! A great location and very well appointed. One tip! You enter the code on the actual front door. There is a lock box immediately to the left of the door. Ignore that lockbox. We were just slightly confused. upon arrival. Highly recommended"

"This home was an absolute joy. The spotless kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and more. The appliances were top-notch and immaculate. The home had enough room for our entire (large!) family to sleep very comfortably, and there were more than enough pillows and blankets for everyone. The patio was perfect for grilling hamburgers and having s’mores around the fire pit. The neighborhood was so quiet that we slept with the windows open. The hosts are very responsive and helpful....
