"I stayed her previously and booked again. This room was on a different floor, had live cockroaches coming from the sink, bathtub and under the couch. I contacted the property manager and they were able to reassign me to another room on another floor that was clean without any sign of bugs. "

"The apartment itself is nice and has many of the items you would want to cook. They did include some usual items like coffee, teas, shampoo/conditioner, and soap. I can confirm it can get loud around the premise, mostly drunk people walking by or cars speeding by. I would not recommend this location for a light sleeper. I throughly enjoyed my stay though and would stay again. "

"Kenect was a fantastic place to stay while I was in Phoenix for work. The concierge staff was amazing and I love how centrally located the building was to everywhere I needed to be throughout the week. "

"This was a really lovely complex! The pool is fantastic, gym, essentially the entire 25th floor! Absolutely lovely. Close to really good restaurants and the Phoenix farmers market! The only thing was that there was no hand soap or body soap in the condo! Otherwise, this was an absolute perfect spot for a quick getaway— 10 minutes from the airport as well! "

"As a single female traveler, I felt very safe. I was really happy with my choice of staying here. I came for a concert and a solo trip and found everything I wanted to do to be in a close proximity including restaurants, coffee, the Phoenix Art Museum, concert venue and much more (very little was over a 15-minute drive, and usually less than 10 minutes.) I had an issue with someone parking in my assigned spot and appreciated the prompt reply from my host on what to do, as it was late at night....

"This property absolutely worked for our group! The bedrooms accommodated us nicely and the game room was awesome. The pool was delightful and was very well maintained with plenty of seating for everyone. David was an exceptional host and very accessible and accommodating. Would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone "

"Great location for Tempe Center for the Arts, ASU, and Tempe Town Lake. Secured parking garage was an added plus. The apartment was very spacious, had all the necessities, and was very clean. WiFi was fast so I was able to work from the apartment with ease. I would definitely stay here again if another conference brings me to Tempe."

"Plenty of space, beds and amenities for a large group. Additional outdoor seating and umbrellas for the pool area that are not pictured. Hot tub was great and the baja step on the pool is nice for lounging. "

"Excellent experience - facility was 10 minute walk from conference center. KLVG sends very clear instructions how to check-in and check-out. Apartment was spacious and had all the necessary amenities - coffee maker with coffee pods, iron, ironing board, pots/pans/dishes, even a Brita water pitcher. Facility has a nice swimming pool. Most of the residents seem to be twenty-sonethings so a very youthful vibe. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The pool had an issue upon check in, however, Sydney’s communication was excellent and she took care of the matter promptly. We enjoyed our stay"

"This is a very large and comfortable place to spend time. It’s close to ASU, two blocks from a Whole Foods, and a short walk to the street cars. Our host was considerate and quick to respond to questions. The only caveats are that it’s two fights of stairs to the bedrooms, and that, like the rest of Tempe, it’s under flight paths for Sky Harbor airport. The windows are well sealed, however, so the noise wasn’t very disturbing. "
