"I stayed her previously and booked again. This room was on a different floor, had live cockroaches coming from the sink, bathtub and under the couch. I contacted the property manager and they were able to reassign me to another room on another floor that was clean without any sign of bugs. "

"Went for a concert with my girlfriend, it was our first trip ever together and this place was so clean and comforting and was everything we could’ve imagined. I think the only downside is having to constantly pay for the parking meters if you’re staying for a while but they’re also cheep meters so not a big issue. 10/10 would definitely recommend "

"We had a great time celebrating a birthday with family! The home was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the pool and enjoyed spending time in the yard, which also had a few fun games to keep everyone entertained. Would definitely recommend and stay again!"

"Great location for Tempe Center for the Arts, ASU, and Tempe Town Lake. Secured parking garage was an added plus. The apartment was very spacious, had all the necessities, and was very clean. WiFi was fast so I was able to work from the apartment with ease. I would definitely stay here again if another conference brings me to Tempe."

"Like staying in a one bedroom apartment. I even had my own 1 car garage! Bed very comfortable and kitchen fully equipped. Only downsides were no breakfast available and had to pay for Wi-Fi. Located in a semi-secluded area and very very quiet rooms."
