In the center of Sugar Mountain, this snug little home provides just what you need for a great getaway. Unwind by the fireplace or step out onto the private balcony to take in the stunning mountain views.

When you're ready to explore, you'll find the Banner Elk is full of adventures, from Zip lining to the Mountain Coaster! For a change of pace, venture to Grandfather Mountain, a 25-minute drive away, where you can hike through scenic trails and marvel at the breathtaking landscapes. Beech Mountain Resort, just 26 minutes from your doorstep, also provides a wealth of outdoor adventures.

Back at the property, you can enjoy the communal pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. Stay connected with the provided WiFi, and don't forget to pack your swimsuit and hiking gear to make the most of your stay.

Beautiful Condo in an Excellent Location

Extremely nice and updated condo in an excellent location. We were able to walk a few feet to the top of the slopes and easily snowboard down. The host excellent with communication. I highly recommend staying at this VRBO.

Cozy condo perfect for a romantic weekend, top of the mountain with great views on a clear day or night. Convenient location to (30 minutes or less) to Boone, Blowing Rock or Blue Ridge Parkway!

Relaxing getaway

This was a beautiful place to stay! The communication with the owner was excellent. We heard from him multiple times before and during our stay. The condo is decorated beautifully and the neighborhood is excellent. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Perfect place for two people and October on Sugar Mountain is spectacular. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect cozy getaway

Cute, cozy condo! Super clean and charming. Communication and directions were clear and easy. Location is great. We use the complex indoor pool and sauna. We will be going back for sure. Thank you!

Nice updated condo!

Whether you’re going to Sugar Mountain in the summer or the winter, it’s a great place to stay. if you are going to ski, it truly is a ski in ski out. It has a great views and has all the cookware, glassware, etc.to cook a great meal. The owner was super responsive when communicating check in check out was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for two who like to ski or snowboard. A quick two minute walk from the condo to the ski lift. The owner was extremely user friendly. Will definitely look for this location again when we are back up at sugar.
