"We found this property to be perfect for our group of four adults and a four year old. It would have easily accommodated more. It was quiet when we needed quiet and close to everything we wanted to do. "Loved the house, the area and the lake. House is as described, lake is lovely, tons of things to do just at the house and almost hard to leave and explore the area! Our families threw a dart at the map this year for our vacation and we ended up with one of the best trips we’ve had in a long time. Indian and Mountain View Lakes are hidden gems in the Adirondacks and the house is full of history and tradition. Thanks to the owners for sharing this house! "

"When they describe this as a magical treehouse, they are not overselling! This place is amazing. From the first few steps inside, we were hooked. You definitely need to be a little careful on the stairs, but there is a sturdy hand rail to help! The kitchen/private dining screen room was awesome with everything you need to prepare a great camp meal. The trails and grounds were lovely. Overall could not have asked for a better stay! "
